Have you braced yourselves well for the Festivities and this Long Holiday with Our Children at home?
Not talking about Food and other providence, you know the tough Economic times…
Have you thought of getting some Tuition for your kid(s)? Get them involved in their School work and other life skills lessons.
Checked on their company and friends and what they do when alone?
What about Sexual Education?
We can’t live in denial, it’s true that these teenagers are having sex out there, Statistics show that the teen bracket is leading in Sexually Transmitted Infections( STIs).
Have you talked to them about Abstinence or Use of Contraceptives, Yes Condoms and the Birth Control pills?
Have you talked to your sons about Drug Abuse, irresponsible sexual Behaviour and coexisting with each other?
Do you have open discussions with your Children to have them share their issues, personal experiences and opinions about various topics?
Check on how your children use their phones, TV, Social Media and Internet, the kind of content they consume and whom they engage with.
Please note that most of these STIs, Pregnancies, and sexual abuses happen on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and the End Year.
